The Regulatory Support Centre (RSC) provides support and guidance for those conducting research with human participants, their tissues or data.

- Health Research Authority established 1st December 2011
- Academy of Medical Sciences Report ‘A new pathway for the regulation and governance of health research’ (see Ethics (Chapter 8) pp100-5)
