Synthetic biology combines science and engineering encompassing a variety of methodologies and disciplines.
Fabrics of Life 2010 Workshop
The aim is to share the latest in scientific research with the arts communities. Leading research scientists engage with art and design students and professionals in a workshop format giving students the chance to brainstorm ways of translating scientific principles into design models. Previous workshops have focused on themes of Epigenetics (2007), Model Organisms (2008) and Evolution (2009).
