Methodology research fellowship

MRC Career development award in biostatistics

The MRC has identified advanced biostatistics as a methodology of strategic importance to UK science. This fellowship provides support for outstanding individuals with a recent PhD to develop and investigate innovative statistical methods for health research.

 

Early career fellowship in economics of health

This fellowship is aimed at early postdoctoral researchers trained in economics methods to apply their skills to health problems and develop a track record in health research.

 

Population health scientist fellowship

This fellowship seeks to support the very best early career researchers looking to gain strategically important skills such as quantitative and qualitative study design in population health sciences — the study of social and environmental influences on health and wellbeing.

 

Special training fellowship in biomedical informatics (computational biology, neuroinformatics and health informatics)

This special fellowship is awarded at the postdoctoral entry level only to individuals seeking to develop careers as leading biomedical scientists and informaticians.
