The overall strategic direction of the Regulatory Support Centre is guided by an Advisory Group with the following members:

- Tim Mant, Senior Medical Advisor, GDRU, a division of Quintiles Ltd, and visiting Professor at KCL
- Polly Page, Unit Manager, MRC Human Nutrition Unit
- William Rosenberg, Professor of Hepatology, UCL; and Deputy Director, NIHR CRN CC/Associate Director (Experimental Medicine)
