Call for proposals - derivation of clinical grade embryonic stem cell lines
Building on earlier investments that have established a research infrastructure to support the derivation and banking of human embryonic stem cell (hESC) lines, the Medical Research Council (MRC) is calling for proposals to generate new clinical-grade hESC lines to underpin the development of stem cell therapies.
This call is targeted towards IVF/stem cell centres with established GMP facilities that are interested in contributing to the UK stem cell initiative.
