MRC Career Development Award in Biostatistics Announced
The MRC Career Development Award in Biostatistics is a postdoctoral fellowship aiming to support individuals working in, or who wish to move into, health related research. It provides four years of support for the development and investigation of innovative statistical methods and their application in clinical research.
The award also provides the opportunity to enhance the research training through placement in an overseas research centre, a second UK research centre or in UK Industry.
The Special Training Fellowship in Biostatistics Competition is run once a year. We expect to make up to three awards a year each at around £450k whole life value. There is no requirement for an outline application.
