Use of your data
Email addresses
We take only email addresses for the following reasons:
- To send you regular updates on the MRC activities through the newsletter subscription page.
- If you need to fill in a multi-page form you may be asked to set up an account which will require a name and email address.
- For one-off contacts such as registering interest in Public Council meetings
- To track queries that you initiate, such as Freedom of Information requests.
In all cases the email address is only used for the transaction you granted permission for or initiated (so we will not add you to our newsletter list if you make a freedom of information request, for example).
